This is a recent job done in Tampa Fl.
This is the 1st pic I took, I left the camera in the truck
Here is the lot when it still has one unit on it
As you can see this unit has seen better days. Its time to retire it!
Some of my hauling contractor's supplies.
My hauler's truck, it'll get it to where it needs to go!
A look at some of the damage on this unit, it has a "roof over" job done. This makes it a lot heavier making the disposal cost higher!
As you can see this unit is best suited in a roll off can on it's way to the dump!
POOF!! It's gone, just like magic! Out of my customer's hair so they can move in their new building!
Wave 'goodbye' because it's on its way out the door!
And awaaaaaay we go!
concrete removal is a snap!! Here is a Pole barn we did in Turkey Creek Fl!
We regret to say we lost the memory card that the 1st series of pictures were taken on :( This barn was 80'x120' and 30' tall, it had 3 whole floors and was completely sided with T-111 and Styrofoam insulation panels!! The roof was shingles with 3/4" CDX decking ad was held up by 4x8 beams 24" on center!! The support beams were 4x10's and 2x12's. The flooring was held up by 2x10 beams 24" on center and nailed. The deck was 3/4" CDX. I wish we could find the pictures...it just cannot be appreciated with out the pics. Heres what I found on our other memory card...Enjoy! The machine was on site and had been hard at it by this picture, this was about 3/4 through the 1st day! The mass of it was down to the ground by 10:30 am All that remained was some poles and wood that wouldn't let go!
Tearing down the remaining wood we were talking about before.
There was a lot of debris from the barn!
Pushing them over and pulling them out, one at a time its coming apart!
The poles were wanted by many people! Thank you to all who came and took the wood! I hate seeing good materials going to waste when someone can use them!!
Taking a much needed break! It was HOT out there!
More poles came out and had to be stacked for the people. We had a total of 30 poles ranging from 25-40' tall!
The clean-up process takes longer than the actual Demolition process. Thats the fun part, its a pity its over so quickly!
The machine is finally able to rest, its all over now!! We have taken the barn away and the customer has his yard back. The whole reason they wanted it down was because their home owners insurance company was going to cancel them because the barn was in terrible repair! Remember this if you have something like this, thats all it takes for them to cancel you!
The lot has been rough graded and is now ready for the grass to grow back!
Just a few pics of the lot.
This is a job done for Karsten Gallery of Homes in Zephyrhills Florida. If you have a need for a new Manufactured home or
a Land Home Package go check out Karsten Gallery of Homes in Zephyrhills. Ask for Tina and tell her your friends at J&T Demolition
sent you! You can see their site at We got to the site and the new home looked nice outside but hid a dark secret inside! Mold and water damage!!
The old unit suffered terrible water damage after a pipe burst
The home owners needed to get their new home put on site FAST!! They were staying with family friends until the new one was placed.
We removed the Florida room, the concrete, the metal, and cut the concrete to make a smooth edge. We had the unit hauled away and then we cleared the rest of the debris and leveled the lot! This took 2 days from start to finish!
Karsten Gallery of Homes came through and had this beautiful unit moved to the customers site. It is almost completely set up and the nice owners will be home again! The place is absolutely awesome! The owners said they couldn't be happier!
All in all a great job well done with the co-operation of our team and the home builder. Thanks again Karsten you guys are the best! Thanks for looking at our project pages. If we can help you out please call or E-mail us for a FREE quote!!
