Who we are
JT Demolition is a Southern California demolition contractor serving general contractors, builders, developers, and property managers across Orange County, Los Angeles, San Diego, and the Inland Empire. We self-perform interior and selective demolition, structural demolition, concrete and site demolition, and jobsite debris removal.
Our crews are trained on commercial jobsite standards: daily cleanup, dust and noise control, coordination with adjacent tenants, and documented haul-off. We bid fast, schedule honestly, and finish clean, because our business is built on being invited back to the next project.
Safety
Every project starts with a site-specific plan: utility verification, protection of retained structures and finishes, dust suppression, and daily housekeeping. Crews carry current OSHA training and every job runs under written JHA procedures.
